We opened in Austin with a simple idea: aesthetic treatments deserve the same care, honesty and follow-up as any other medical procedure.
Our story
Founded by a dermatologist who wanted better
Dr. Elena Marsh spent a decade in medical dermatology before opening Maison Aura in 2019. Too many of her patients arrived after rushed treatments elsewhere, unsure what had been injected or who to call when something felt wrong.
So she built the clinic she wanted to refer people to: unhurried consultations, licensed clinicians for every injectable and laser treatment, and follow-up that’s built into the plan rather than sold as an extra.
Today our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and estheticians cares for patients in Austin and Scottsdale, with Dallas and Phoenix opening in 2027.
